Arrival Story:
After a rough first 18 months (at least 3 people homes we can verify plus the Maryland SPCA), Casper puked in my car on the way home with me. His fur was a matted mess; Someone apparently couldn't bother to brush him or have him shaved. They claimed he was house trained but he was just crate trained and had serious issues with marking, we think due to being neutered late. He was afraid of his own shadow.
