Noel was born and raised on a Greyhound farm in the United States and spent half a year racing professionally before being retired for not being quite fast enough. He arrived in Nova Scotia, Canada and spent a few weeks at Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada before we came across him - he's been pampered and spoiled ever since!
