Pet-Peeves:
The "other dog," who escapes by going swimming in the pool.

Favorite Toy:
Balls, including BIG balls--she plays soccer!

Favorite Food:
Do dogs get a choice?

Favorite Walk:
There is no walking yet. Just training to head collar.

Best Tricks:
Just watching her figure things out. Almost as smart as a German Shepherd.

Arrival Story:
She was hanging around the neighborhood for about a week when we took her in. No one responded to ads, etc. for a lost Sibe. So, she was my own special Christmas present.

Bio:
Had never been civilized--that is she couldn't even eat from my hand--only used her VERY sharp new adult teeth. Fed her with metal tongs and spoons until she learned to use her lips/tongue. (So hard to reward! in training!) She is still very aggressive about eating. Would simply NOT walk on lead, but she had been started on "sit" and "stay." LOVES just everyone.

I am looking so TRIM. Well, for a few days this week I admit I looked like I had been clipped by a groomer with Parkinson's disease. GIANT tufts of my hair were falling out, but giant tufts were staying in, too. This is my first spring with my adult coat. I have been getting HOURS a day of brushing from my mom, who has "special" clothes she puts on to come outside to see me. (I'm living outside this week.) When I run around the yard I look like I'm SNOWING. The big dumb one, who always "says" he wants to run and then gets really tired really quickly, ahem, rolled around in some disgusting stuff and got us in trouble.

I have some horrible new contraption that fits over my face and pushes on my nose when I try to pull away from Mom. (She is soooooo slow. A cane even!) Mostly, though, we don't use that--she pets me and sings. And brushes.
