Arrival Story:
Poor Sparky was found wandering the streets of downtown San Antonio after being covered in lighter fluid. He was saved by a Good Samaritan who kept Sparky in her yard until ABR got involved to try and give this sweet boy a chance at a better life. Sparky's fawn coat is growing back after being burned with the lighter fluid and he is coming out of his shell. He is very sweet, playful, and affectionate. We think Sparky is about three years old. He gets along well with other dogs and is good with children; we do not know how he will behave with cats. He is very well behaved and wants to please after being neglected and abused. We want to show Sparky a better life and know there's a family out there that will turn this sweet guy's life around. He's had all his shots, been neutered, and is ready to find his forever home.
