She had puppies at her first home, but the couple separated and they sent them all to a shelter in rural Kentucky. From there she was chosen by her foster home to make her way all the way to NJ. Pippa is a good girl and very affectionate. She seems obedient and willing to please her human without being overbearing. She walks easily on a leash, always waiting for her lead. Pippa loves belly rubs and snuggling right next to you, but is also content to find her own place to curl up. A dog-owner bond with her can be really special and rewarding. Pippa is a submissive and mellow dog focused on her owner, with a balanced temperament and gentle nature. She comes when called and interacts well with humans and other dogs. Pippa loves being outside either laying in the sun or going for a short walk. She is not a terrier and is fine with any kind of exercise. Overall, Pippa is an easy and sweet dog and a pleasure to have around, and would make a great first dog for a loving household. She is neutered and current on all vaccinations and preventatives.
