I made huge progress today. I rolled over on my back so my mommy could rub my tummy. She was so happy. You see, I came from a dog hoarder. I have been in my new home for almost two years. I am beautiful now and I get great food and plenty of it. I am clean and healthy. I know how to walk on a leash and I am not afraid of it anymore. I make eye contact with my family members now and I don't sit in my own poop anymore. I know that I can walk away. My back leg was dislocated but not anymore. I am still afraid of storms, garbage trucks, and riding in the car. I don't always come when I am called. Sometimes I still think that something bad is going to happen to me and I hide. But, I play fetch now and I know what a toy is, and a bone, and a chew stick. I am so excited when I wake my Mom up in the morning (I wait until the alarm goes off.) that I give kisses and play RUFF and NIPPY on the bed. I can jump so high and I run 3 miles at a time with my Daddy. I take Rescue Remedy and it helps me to be less afraid. When my vet sees me! He says that I am a miracle. I think my life is a miracle.

If any of you friends out there came from a hoarder, don't give up. I want you to have a life as good as mine.
