Arrival Story:
My dog Hilbert died in March 2012. In April I saw a rat terrier puppy for adoption. The puppie had been adopted, but Mini was available. She was at least nine years old, had been in shelter for two years and had just had major surgery to have a tumor and her spleen removed. I fell in love. She is a psycho dog and she forgot her house training in the shelter, but I love her and she loves me. She spends her Saturday afternoons at a local nursing home where she sits on laps and snuggles in bed.
