So far just on our same street. We are working with her to get her more well mannered on a leash, then we will take longer walks.

Best Tricks:
At this point we are just glad she's housebroken and knows what "no" and "sit" mean. Although she only sits willingly when we have food in our hands for her. LOL!

Arrival Story:
Not sure if that is her birthday, but we found Francis on October 29, 2012 so I'm using that as her bday and adding two years just as a guess. I looked out my window that afternoon and saw a dog running around the neighborhood with part of a rope still attached to her collar. Immediately I threw on some shoes to go check her out. After seeing that both ears were wounded and seeing how skinny she was I decided that she didn't need to be running the streets any longer. I also noticed that she had recently weaned a litter of pups. So we brought her in and bathed her with plans of finding a home for her somehow. She is so chill in the house and already housebroken. She won our hearts over after just two nights. We decided to be her new home. So here we are. It's only been 3 days and she is already learning not to pull with all her might when I walk her on a leash and she seems so grateful to have a home.

Francis has gone to her new home! I've been a little too sad to come back on here to post about it. It only took a couple of days to fall in love with her. Her new mom didn't sound interested in keeping up her page, so I'll just keep it for her. Maybe they'll send me some pics of her at her new home for me to add here.

It was a really cool surprise to wake up and found that her diary was "Diary of the day" today. Thanks to all of you, and whoever decides it to be so!!

Oh! Oh! Oh! Mom just got an email from someone who wants to come meet me this morning! They are looking for a playmate for their American Bulldog. I hope that dog is nice! They'll be here in an hour or so....


...I'm so nervous!

Sad Day

Well, mom found out that her landlord won't allow me to stay because of what breed I am. We are all very sad about that. I'm not a bully, bark it! So now I'm listed on Craigslist and Facebook seeking a new forever home. :( I sure will miss my new peeps. But mom keeps giving me lots of hugs and kisses to reassure me that she will find the very best home she can.
