CAfter Cracker Jack passed away... I wanted to open up my heart to another cattle dog. Browsing through craigslist one day... I saw an add for Haylie... looking for a new forever home. I called the number and explained my story... the next day, which also happened to be my birthday... my parents brought me to meet this wonderful dog. She lived on a horse farm, with two other cattle dogs. She was a very very energetic... and mouthy. She chewed on our arms as if they were a bone. After all of this though.. I still decided to take her home. She was very scared at first, nervous about everything... but she soon settled in. She was very naughty, but has learned a lot since her puppy days and has become a loved member of our family.
