The Results Are In....

The laaaazy man here. Hope you all are well. As you might have previously read, I had surgery last week to have a growth removed on my lip. They sent a sample of the growth out to a lab to have it tested to see if it was cancer or not. I am very happy to say that I don't have cancer!!! YAY!

Mom called the vet and they said no word had come in from the labs and that they would call her. To make matters worse, mom found a growth on my sided- She was not happy. She found the growth two days after my surgery. So off to the vet again we went. It turned out to be an infection and now I am on meds for awhile to get rid of it. The bump is almost gone down already. I don't mind taking the meds because mom wraps it in cheese! hmmmmm Cheeeeese!

This morning I woke mom up at 4am throwing up. I made her mad because I ate it all up before she could get it cleaned up. Mom moves pretty slow that early and I was afraid to get into trouble for making a mess, so I cleaned it up myself. Seemed to make her more mad that I ate then then throwing up in the first place. She told me its okay to throw up because she knows I can't help it. Knowing this, I threw up again at 7am. Mom heard me and got up really fast. Mom sure makes a lot of crazy faces when she cleans up after us dogs. You would have thought she was grossing out or something. *shrug*

I didn't get a normal breakfast because I threw up. Mom thinks it is the medicine. She cooked me some rice and mixed it with a tiny bit of dog food and said it should help my tummy. And then she gave me the meds again. She told me if I didn't keep it down then she might give the meds a break or call the vet again. I bet they know her by her first name now.

I lied around most of day. I don't feel too good. I even got on the couch (which is a big no no) and mom saw me. She raised her eye brows and gave me a look, and then let me lie there. Mom is very forgiving when I don't feel well.

We had some company over and that cheered me up. Best thing is, they came with doggy toys! Those are my favorite type of guests. They came by to celebrate my two little brothers birthday early. Cole and Bear don't turn 1 until April, but mom ordered a doggy cake and it showed up early. So we are had the party today so the cake would not go bad. We dogs are not complaining! The cake was soooo good. Peanut butter flavored! I just hope it stays down! Mom got the doggy cake from threedog.com which is the three dog bakery. We get treats from them once a month. We love three dog bakery! All of their stuff is 100% natural. Even humans can eat it. Which I don't recommend, only bc I don't want to share! :-)

Well, guess I better wrap it up. It is time to take a nap. Just wanted to let you all know that my test results came back negative and I am cancer free!
