Mom's been busy with school, work, and studying and I've been needing a bath for the past couple of days. Today she has to do a paper due tomorrow, so she took me to the groomers to get a bath and my nails clipped. I smell so good when they bathe me. Kinda strange I didn't get my hair cut today while I was there....I ALWAYS get my hair cut when I go there. Maybe they forgot to do it?? hehe Shhh, lets not tell mommy they forgot.

Other news: I got my presents for winning 1st place in the Dec photo contest. They were great gifts! I got a new shirt, some doggie nail polish, a new toy, and a picture frame. When Mom brought me home a lil while ago from the groomers, she put my new shirt on me and took my picture. It's posted on my page for you to see....the one with me with the purple/green/yellow bow in my hair. I'm so lucky.

Time to go take a nap....benn a busy day for me.

I hate baths!!! Why do I have to have them? When mommy finishes drying me I run around like crazy and growl. Mom and Dad said I am acting silly...but I HATE BATHS!!!
Good news is I got my stitches out this morning....yay!
I am also being weaned onto adult doggie food...now that I'm one I get to eat the big doggie stuff! :oP
Lastly, Saturday I go to the groomers. I'm looking a little shaggy. I'll be all pretty then. :0)

Ouch!

I'm a bit groggy and in pain but I wanted to let you all know that I'm okay. I went to the doggie dr. today to get spayed, a baby canine tooth pulled, blood work, a microchip implanted, and my nails clipped. Boy am I in pain. I just got home a little while ago and I just want to sleep. What did I do to deserve this? Mom keeps saying I'm a good girl so I don't understand. Good news is that my xrays that the doctor was doing was to check for collapsing trachea...and they came back normal. So I just have what is called reverse sneezing. Much better to know than if I had collapsing trachea. Well time to lay down and take it easy...

It's my BIRTHDAY!!!

Oh boy oh boy...I am so happy!!! I'm one!!! I'm such a big girl. Mom gave me a new toy this morning. It's a present toy...so cute! Well I have a fun filled loving day ahead of me...plus we gotta pick up my portraits from Petco that I had taken two weekends ago. I'll let you know how they turned out.

I'm such a model!

Mom took me to Petco today to get my pictures taken again. I know, I know, you say I just got them taken with Santa last weekend. But Mom said those were just polaroids and that today I got real portraits taken like I did when I was a babydog. My 1st birthday is quickly approaching on Dec 21st, so we got some birthday pics taken along with some other Christmas ones. They will be in on Dec 21 (my bday!!) so mom will scan them and post them for all to see.
I hope all of you have written your doggie christmas wish lists...if not, get writing!!!

Libby loves Santa - Best Friends Forever!!

Hi everybody!!! I hope all is well! I have a couple things to share:
1. My Mommy took me to Petsmart today to get my picture taken with Santa. We got two pictures and two frames. Mom scanned her favorite and posted it on my page, so check it out! They were polaroids so that is why it's so fuzzy. That Santa was a little scary, I sure was shaking! But I was a good girl and told him all the yummy treats and toys and stuff I want for Christmas!
2. Mom also posted another pic of me recently. One night it snowed, and of course this was the first time I'd ever seen that stuff! It was burrrrr-cold! But I had to pee too!!! So before bedtime, Mom put on my new hat and warm fuzzy pink boots and took me out. I was so brave and hurried up and did my thing. Mom posted the pic of what I looked like once I came back inside. I'm so silly!
3. Lastly, I have some kind of sad news. Please say some doggie prayers for me. The vets and Mommy say that I MAY have something called Collapsing Trachea. You can read about it on www.collapsingtrachea.com. Soon, I will have to go get spayed and at the same time I am going to get xrays to see if I have it and if so how bad it is. Until then, Mom watches over me and tries to calm me down with I get too excited.

Well, time for me to go take a nap with my new christmas tree toy I got for being good at Petsmart.

Brothers!!!

So Mom took me to Petco today to get a hair cut. Boy and I beautiful now! I'm always beautiful but I feel especially pretty now! :) They even put a Happy Thanksgiving bow in my hair!!! haha

Well anyway, I got two new brothers. They are three month old Chinchillas. Mom adopted them. I wonder what they are!?!?!?! What's a chinchilla do? They are up high on the table so I can't really see them good unless Mom picks me up. She did a few times and I just look so puzzled and tilt my head. Maybe they will learn to play fetch with me??? Why do they have to stay in a cage?? That's not fair! *whispers*...I should let them freeeeee. hehehe

Mom also added a new pic....the one at the bottom with me and my treats. It's my thanksgiving picture. I have the Happy Thanksgiving bow in my hair. I'm thankful for all my treats....what about you? I'm also thankful for my mommy and daddy because they love me so much!

Well time to go babysit my brothers now...
