My Last Puppy Club meeting

Yesterday was my last puppy club meeting. The club is for pups between 10 weeks and 6 months, and I just turned 6 months so I guess I just graduated. I am a little bummed about it, but my pal Willow graduated last week, so I guess us pups are growing up!

Mom had to phone the vet about me again today. I finished my antibiotics on Wednesday and this morning I has having problems peeing. The vet now wants to wait 7 days and due a culture and sensitivity on my pee. We have to wait that long due to the fact I just finished antibiotics and the results of the sensitivity test will surely be negative. The vet did give mom an emergency supply of pills for 5 days (it is the Thanksgiving long weekend in Canada) in case it got really bad, and unfortunately mom has already had to start those. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of my bladder problems soon.

Mom finally needs to update my weight, as I weighed 51.4 pounds yesterday at puppy club!

Ask Mum if she could put a big tablespoon of live yoghurt on your food. It helps add GOOD bugs back. Also Milk Thistle is really good as a support to liver and kidneys.

Mom gave me some yogurt and a milk thistle this morning. Sure hope we can get to the bottom of my bladder problems. I had to sleep in the crate last night because I was peeing so much. I am better this morning. Mom will be talking to the vet first thing Tuesday morning. I just know she will be the first caller in after the Thanksgiving long weekend is over!

This is just a long shot too... but Cranberry juice also helps doggies same way as it does humans. I know your Mum cant just "pop out to the shops" but its a thought for when she can get some... it cant hurt......

Am thinking you suffered a long time with a UTI from the "bad old days" and its deep seated. If with all the stuff and meds..... anything to recondtion your bladder ... well natural stuff cant harm and might help.

And I do agree with that...and if you are lucky enough to have an American and a Canadian mixed breed furmily like I do, you get to dogabrate both times, BOL!
