Arrival Story: A neighbor was looking for a dog sitter. My daughter said, "sure" and Lily came to our house. I could see she had eye problems, lots of tarter and nails that were too long. I did some online research and thought she probably suffered from dry eye. A few days later when they wanted her back I talked to the woman about the health problems. She asked me if I wanted her and that's how Lily became mine.
Bio: Lily was microchipped by a shelter near Chaffee, MO just 6 days after the city was hit by a tornado. She is terrified of hard rain, thunder, wind and will start panicking when the storm is 15 to 20 miles away. I am thinking she lived through that tornado and was rescued afterwards. Her untreated dry eye caused an infection which caused some light partial blindness.
