Nicknames: Libby, Libby girl, Cupcake, Big Fatty, Pumpkin, Munchkin, Lady Liberty
Birthday: November 24th 2003
Likes: Squeaky toys! Teasing Roxie (my younger sister), following mommy around, barking at big dogs but it's just cause I'm scared.
Pet-Peeves: New England Snow, the neighbors, loud noises, thunder!
Favorite Toy: Squeaky toys.
Favorite Food: I'm on a raw diet! I started the raw diet May 1st 2007! I'm loving my new diet and don't ever want to go back to eating kibble! I love bully sticks and Texas Taffy by Merrick! I love homemade treats!
Favorite Walk: Anywhere, I love walking.
Best Tricks: Dancing with mommy, walking on 2 legs for about 3 feet. I really prefer to not have to work for treats, I do have middle pup syndrome aka middle child syndrome. :)
Arrival Story: My mommy was in petco with Gemini and daddy and this lady came up to play with Gemini. Well she said her doxie had puppies and she wanted to give it to someone, who loved doxies as much as she did. Well, mommy and daddy became the proud parents of Liberty a few days later. My name was Lena so that is my middle name. On the way home I peed on my mommy, she just said silly Liberty...mommy's laps are not for peeing.
Bio: I named myself! I refused to come to any name my parents tried calling me even the name I was given before I went to my forever home. Well my mommy made the comment she wanted to see this girly movie Chasing Liberty, I ran up to her, she looked at my daddy and looked at me and said You want to be called Liberty? I gave my mommy a kiss and that is how I received my name!
Summer is on it's way! My new diet is going well! I love eating raw! I've slimmed down a little too and mom says it's time to buy a new harness! I'm scared, I may lose my nickname Big Fatty! I loved that name. I went to the park this morning and it was a blast! I rolled around and got so dirty!
My sisters are always taking up to much space on my mommy's lap! This is so not fair! I love my sisters! I want mommy time, so I begged them to give me sometime today and they agreed. I had to give up ALL my bones for one day but it's worth it!
Shane Bernier is a courageous seven-year-old boy from Lancaster, Ontario who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia when he was only five. On June 6th, 2006 Shane and his family received some unfortunate news: Shane experienced a relapse after completing 108 of 130 weeks of treatment.
However, despite the bad news, Shane has managed to keep a positive outlook on his situation and has made a heart-warming wish... He hasn’t asked for money or toys or anything of the sort. Instead, his birthday is on May 30th and he would like to break the world record for the most birthday cards ever received. His goal is 350 million cards. With every card, Shane’s courage grows. Something as simple as sending a birthday card could be enough to help Shane find peace and joy in his current circumstances.
Please take the time to send a card to Shane and make his dream become a reality. Share his story with your friends, family and co-workers. If at all possible, get your youth groups, church congregations, employees, neighbours or communities to set aside a few minutes to write a thoughtful note to Shane.
With every card, Shane’s smile grows...

well we moved into a new apartment. i love the new place. it's fun to play hide from the mommy in our apartment. of course that scares her. so "I" try not to do it that often. i have to go see the vet to get my rabies shot soon. i'm not scared....'cause i know i get a toy from the pet toy store afterwards and tons of treats.
oh with this recall going on....mom is scared to feed us even solid gold so we are getting home cooked meals. this is yummy to our tummy!
