Sorry all that it's been so long since i wrote a note. We've been busy. Mom got some moth ball stuff (phew, they stink!) and put around the yard fence to keep Ms. Skunk out. Seems to be working..haven't detected any recent perfumes of Madame Skunk lately.

Then, if you've read Phinaus's diary, he was requesting a playmate. Well my Moms went and did it...oh sigh. i'm exhausted. Do you KNOW how hard it is to watch out for a little kitten? I'd really like to bite it into submission but i can't...i keep hearing those words "leave it". I can't even get in between the black cats when they have a 'fight'. Looks like fun...oops,I meant a responsibility of Chief of Security to stop rude behavior.

Yesterday, Mihoko and I had enough of the brat! we talked Mom into a ride to the State Park. Wow. what a relaxing treat!

nice rain on Monday washed away Ms Skunk's perfume but she waddled back by this morning to check out the bird feeder. Nope, I didn't go out to communicate with her by the light of the waning moon. My sharp Chief of Security senses noted her presence and elected to forgo that pleasure. not interested in another bath this week, snort! Told Mihoko to ignore Madame Skunk as well...maybe if we shun her she's get the message?
