I can Swim!

Hi everyone. I can swim, I can swim. Last Saturday Auntie Cele & Grace picked us up and we went to a country club out in Swathmore, Pa. They let all us doggies in to play in the pools. I went in both. I followed Grace out in the big pool and all of a sudden I couldn't touch the bottom and I smacked my front paws a couple times and then swam like a fish! It was fun. We ran in & out and all around and played water ball and I slept for a day and a half afterwards! We all had so much fun. Mom did put my LittleTykes pool away this week for the winter. She said I will have snow, whatever that is, to play with. We shall see.

My First walk in town!

Hi everyone. I went to the Dr today and got the last of my puppy shots and I can go out in public now! Whoo Hoo! I am 30 pounds now and me legs are getting longer. I can get my paws up on the counter now, but Mom says NO Counter Surfing! Man I hate that word No! Everytime I figure out what else I can do the answer is NO! Oh well. Guess I will have to be more sneaky. hehehehe

Mom & Dad took me on my first walk up into town last night and boy was it fun. So many smells and the cars and stores and bikes and people, wow weee. We stopped for a break and watched everyone go by, Dad gave me a drink and then off we went. Jeez I just love the walking & sniffing. I slept good last night. Mom & Dad got to watch the whole Phillies game with no shenanigans, (at least from me) heard they lost too. I was up again at 6am so after Mom had coffee and I started running around a little, Mom got me little Super jacket on again and we went for another walk. OMD!!!!I saw a freaking Chipmunk this morning!!!! He could have been lunch! But, Nooooo. This was great as the dew smelled wonderful and there were many people & doggies out having a walk too. Mom didn't stop for a break this time, hmmmm what's up with that? Anyway, got back did some zoomies in the yard, ate a couple of beetles and now I am napping! Life is good.

Yeah I have a Home!

I have been in my new home for 10 days now and I am so happy. I finally have a name, Shane and I like it. I did feel like the little Hobo without a name a couple days but this one I like. Thank God as I thought my name was NO. I didn't like that. I am learning quickly and I now sit, give my paw for food, and go outside to potty most of the time. I ate a dead baby birdie and a live cicada the other day and they were yummy! I have my own pool and am making new friends everyday. I can't go out in public yet as I need more shots. After the 16th I can go.
Thank you everyone for all the love & support you have given my Mom & Dad when their hearts were breaking. I will make sure their hearts will heal really good as I just love my pawrents to pieces. Stay tuned for some more Shenanigans!
