Arrival Story:
Excelsior is a wonderful gentleman about 8 years old. His owner was forced to surrender him to a shelter in Arlington when she lost her home. He's a very well-behaved boy who is house trained and good with dogs of all sizes. He's also kid friendly and ignores cats. This handsome dog has regal bearing and is a joy to walk on the leash. He will give you wonderful boxer hugs, but only if you ask - he is a gentleman after all. I believe this good looking fellow would easily fit into any home. He is heartworm possitive, but otherwise very healthy and ready for his new forever home. Thank you Karen Schladoer for virtually fostering Excelsior!
