Arrival Story:
Maggie is a rescue dog. She came to us at 7 1/2 months of age. She was incredibly underweight and quite ill. She has been with us a year now and is extremely healthy and of normal weight. She came to us shortly after our Golden Retriever, Hank, died suddenly of an unknown illness. He was also a rescue. Because we board dogs, every time we sent a doggy home we found ourselves mourning a loss all over again, so Maggie saved us.
