Arrival Story:
I had been researching service dogs for almost a year and had been watching the web sites for all the shelters in my area for a candidate. I had gone to the shelters to evaluate a number of dogs in person but none of them was The One. And then I found this little fur face (I'm a sucker for dogs with beards and eyebrows!). I really hadn't intended to get a 4-pound mixed breed but I liked his temperament when I evaluated him. And so begins my adventures in service dog training and in toy dog ownership.
