So glad I found your profile! I have a 7 mo old Siberian Husky rescue (they said was crossed with shep) and she is 40lbs and maybe just over knee height. We always thought she was just a runt but your Roxy is very similar in size and stature to my Tundra. You pictures however have burst my bubble on hopes that Tundra will ever grow into her big ears.
