Arrival Story:
Mom adopted Dee Dee from the shelter in Grass Valley to keep my little brother company at her house in Auburn. After my little brother joined the army, Dee Dee had no guardian, so mom brought her to me in San Jose. We haven't parted since.

Bio:
Some people think she's purebred, others think a mix (guesses have been greyhound, doberman, lab, maybe even some bloodhound) but people universally agree she's a good-lookin' girl. Double Dee was named for a cartoon character: Dexter's sister in "Dexter's Laboratory." Like her namesake, Dee Dee is extraordinarily sweet and playful, sometimes silly, feminine, charming, and occasionally (unintentionally) the source of much chaos in my home. She's finally come out of her shell and LOVES to play with other dogs, at the park, but she can be a bit pushy with her agenda at times, so it's a good thing her momma keeps an eye on her...We spend alot of time at local dog parks and we don't bite, so say "hi" if you see us around. :)
