My dog, Itchy recently died. 4 weeks later, my dad came in my room while I was sleeping and put Patches on top of my belly. I woke up by his licking. I was really happy, and I almost forgot about Itchy.

We had a BIG thunderstorm today. I was so scared that I hid under the house and wouldn't get out! My owner had to drag me out. Hehe, I'm a little devil. I was trembling because of the storm. Everybody was looking from me when I was under the house. I was too scared to get out. :( I thought more frightening noises were gonna scare me. Wha-what is that!? I think I heard more thunder. See ya later! Gotta hide under my owner's blankets.

I have been with my mom for 8 weeks now. I finally got a home! A kids who love and care for me dearly. Although I met a little girl first, I know that a boy is my owner. He loves me dearly and I love it when he scratches behind my ear. He gives me food and fresh water everyday. I'm a Jack Russell Terrier so he gives me lots of running time. I love my owner and I love my home. I hope to stay with him as long as I live. Well, I gotta go. I think he's calling my name.
