Arrival Story:
My little ol' man Fred went to doggie heaven 5/31/2012; I went to UnderDog Rescue 'just' to see who/what was available. Sophia and I needed another playmate. There was Sonny's photo, he looks so much like Fred (and Punkin the dog before Fred) I started to cry. I new at that momment Sonny was coming to live his life with us.

Bio:
Sonny is the most sweet - loving - calm adopted pup ever. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. He needs to be keep calm and quiet for sometime yet. There is one more treatment in July and more recovery. So, after this recoup time, we will see how much fun Sonny can really be. Then he'll be able to play fully with Sophia as he so wants to now. I have to stop them from playing to keep him safe. This little setback can be a huge bonus in our bonding/adoptive process. Nothing like getting the Love and Trust strong from day one.
