Finally got the OK to take Rascal to the Vet. The Vet thinks instead of DM he might have mange. As a precaution, the other dogs were given Revolution just in case. It will take time before we know for sure what the problem is. Also, we won't be fostering Rascal anymore since we don't have a fenced-in yard. We'll depend on the rescue director for updates.
