Fun

I went to Petco again today. I like Petco. All the people stop to pet me and the little kids are so sweet to me. Lots of people like me but nobody adopts me. :( Mom says the right person will come and we jsut have to keep going and be there when they come. I don't mind cause it's fun there. Mom bought me some cookies while we were there today. YUMMY! I like cookies. Petco has lots of puppy cookies and I got to taste the best ones. Yep! Going to Petco is fun.

I met the kitty...

I met the kitty up close today. She's so pretty and looked so sweet. Mom and Dad took me to meet her cause people ask them if I like cats. Well I liked her. I wanted to say hello to her but she was not nice to me. She hissed at me. Real ugly hisses. I didn't try to hurt her. I just wanted to smell her. She doesn't like me. I don't know why. She hurt my feelings.

I love Petco

Mom and Dad took me to Petco again today. I LOVE it. All the people are so nice to me. Everyone pets me and it feels so good. It's like getting a massaggggge. All those hands rubbing me is just wonderful. Little kids bet me too. I licked baby toes and baby fingers today. The mommies laughed and the babies did too. Everyone wanted me. My Mom is so mean though. Just cause they didn't have a fence she said I can't go to one. Another she said no cause the lady was gonna leave me in a kennel 9 hrs a day. Another one was some other silly thing. She is not letting me have any fun. I told Bella all about it and she flipped. She said they are looking out for my happiness and safeth. I don"t know. I just want to go if I am going. The longer I stay here the more it feels like home. Sleeping on my Dad's lap and having Mom give me bubble baths is so good. I wish I could stay here. At the rate I'm going it looks like I just might.

Saturday

Tomorrow is Saturday. Mom said I get to go to Petco again to look for a furever home. I like my foster home. Hangin out with Dad is real fun. We take naps on the couch while the TV is on. Mom laughs at us.

My little friend Ike is doing good. Mom told me not to worry about him so I won't. Mimi is the Poodle girl that took his place. She's real cute and sweet but I liked Ike better.

We had a bad thunder storm this afternoon. The lightening hit close to our house. I got scared so Dad let me put my head in his lap and he rubbed my ears. I forgot about the thunder. I like my ears getting rubbed.

My friend is gone.

Mom gave my tiny pal a bath and when he was dry they left with him. Mom said we should say good bye cause he was going to his forever home. They came back without him but with another little dog. Mom said someone found her in the street and she is lost. poor little girl.

I hope Ike is OK. I love my tiny friend.

Red, White & Blue

Mom said we are going to have a red, white and blue day Wed. Red, I like red. I'm red ya know. :)

It's so hot! I get to stay inside in the air conditioning if I want....I want. I do go out some but mostly I lay spread out on the floor with my belly on the cool floor. That feels so good. Mom says I look like a frog when I put my belly on the floor. hehehe

Mom let me sleep with her Sat. night. She made me go in my kennel in the wee hours of the morning on Sun. She gave me big kisses and said "I love you big boy but your snoring is just too loud." I only snored cause I was so relaxed. I loved being with Mommy. She said she will let me sleep with her again soon. Yahoo!

Mom said I gotta meet someone who wants me this week. They are going to call and I'm supposed to go meet them on Thursday or Friday. I met their girl Saturday. She's 14 and I like her. She liked me a lot. My mom is not so sure about me having her for my own. Mom said her parents work and they said I would stay in a kennel inside while they are gone to work for 8 hours. I would sleep in a kennel at night for 8 hrs or a little less. My Mom says that's too much time alone. She said she knows I was living in an outsoide kennel before I was picked up by animal control. She said I have spent too much time alone already and if she does not find someone who will be able to spend more time with me than I am gonna get adopted by her and Dad. hehehe That's good with me. Mom said it is not the life she wants for me to spend 16 of 24 hours alone in a kennel. The lady said after I am house trained I can stay out in the house. Mom wants to know how I'm supposed to learn when I am in a kennel alone all thet time? Hummmmm Mom says they probably won't even call. :(

Maybe tomorrow

I'm going to Petco again tomorrow. Maybe I'll find my forever home. Mom said not to worry cause she loves me and I can live here as long as I want to.

Ike is coming with me tomorrow, I'll take care of him. He gets scared but I'm big so I will keep him safe.

Mom is upset!

My Mom is very upset and sad too. She got my new Dad's app and started checking it out. She called his vet and they told her he has not taken his little Chi in for check up or annnnnything since 2009! Mom was shocked and just upset. She sat me down....I know how to sit. :) .... and she said "Beau I know you liked the man and so did I. He seemed like a perfect owner for you and I was so happy for you. This is not good. I'm sorry but I have rejected his app. I love you and will let you go only to a home that is good. All dogs need a yearly vet check and vacs. All dogs here in the South must take hear worm preventative. I am so sorry but you will be staying here for a while longer." HA HA! Like that is a bad thing? I just crawled up in Mom's lap and gave her a kiss to make her feel better. It's OK Mom. I like it here. I have friends to play with and lots of love and good care. It really is going to be OK.

I'm gettin adopted!

Mom and Dad took me to Petco Saturday. There were some other dogs there looking for a home too. I met lots of people and they were real nice. Kids are awesome little humans. I like them. Then I met the nicest man. He talked to mom and Dad a long time. He hugged me and talked to me. He asked Mom to let him adopt me and she said he could fill an application and she would check it and we can see if his dog likes me. He has a Chihuahua. He has 2 little boys too. BOYS! I'll have boys to play with. I can't wait to go to my new home. I like like it here but I like kids best. I am sooooo happy. OH and I'll have a big fenced in yard too!

Diary Pick?

WOW! I'm excited and my mom is doing the happy dance over here. :) She says there are a LOT of dogs on Dogster and to be picked is real special. I don't know how I got picked but I like it.

It's really hot here and the humidity is very hogh. I don'y care. I take my sun bath every day anyway. Mom calls me inside and tells me I need to stay where it's cool in the house. I'm a dog! I like to be outside and besides I was raised outside in a kennel so I don't really know life in a house. It IS nice though. I like being on the couch thing with Dad. We nap there almost every evening.

Mom said I have to take a bath. :( She said I have an adoption even to be at Saturday/tomorrow so I gotta look my best and smell goo to people too. MAN! Just when I was starting to smel like a dog she wants me to have a bath.

Well Dad's cutting grass today so I gotta go supervise. You know, make sure he does it right. hehehe
