Arrival Story:
Sune was brought into my work by our local animal control officer as a surrender. She was in horrible shape, about a pound underweight, covered in fleas and grease and nails that were over an inch long. The officer brought her to us because despite her past treatment she was sweet and in her condition she wouldn't have been put up for adoption at the county shelter. I am partial to senior dogs and volunteered to foster her.... we officially became foster failures after having her for 3 months.
