I have a forever home!

All my parents app checked out and a home visit done. I moved in about 2 wks ago and I love it here. I am the only dog here and my parents are spoiling me rotten. My dad works nights and my mom works days. I am almost never alone. I have a crate all new and pretty but I don't have to go in it except when I want to. I have play time with my dad before he goes to work and with mom in the evenings when we are alone. I sleep where e v e r I want to and have lots of hugs and kisses. I am so happy. I am adopted and don't ever want to leave. :)

nothing new

Nothing new to write about except I heard mom say we are going to get some cold weather. I don't mind.

We have 2 friends staying with us. Bella a Yorkie. She is blind in one eye and does not hear well. Mom said she has a neuroligical problem and her coordination is real bad. Mom feeds her with a syringe. She is a tiny dog.

We also have Francois staying with us. He's OK. Not sick or anything or crippled. He is tiny too. Their mom is real sick in the hospital so mom and dad are taking care of them for her.

Pebbles went back home. Her granny passed away so her mom went far away to be with the family. Pebbles is OK now and happy to be back with her mom. Good thing she went home. Santa probably didn't know she was back here in her foster home.

Thanksgiving

Mom gave me a bath last night. I look so pretty and I smell real good. I like baths.

Thanksgiving is today and I have lots to be thankful for.

Big day today

I went to the vet for a heart worm test today. Willow, Kate, Brady and Cookie came too. All passed their test except me! I can't go up for adoption yet. 6 more weeks and I test again and maybe I will be negative then. I failed my test. :( Dad said that means I get to stay here longer. That's a good thing.

I'm going to get adopted soon

I am almost ready to go up for adoption. Dad is really going to miss me. He wants me to follow him and sit by him and he looks for me all the time. Yep! He is going to be very sad when I leave. Poor Dad.

Not long now

It won't be long now till I go up for adoption. I know I will get adopted very quick. Dad says that all the time. I feel good and I know I look so much prettier then I did when I came here. I am all happy and well now. Being in foster care is kind of like being in the hospital...kind of.

4th of July

Mom and Dad are making plans for the holiday. It's too hot for a bar-b-q if you ask me. I just want to stay inside and be cool. I'll celebrate on the couch!

I'm feeling good. I think those old heart worms are kicking the bucket cause I feel good. I feel like playing some times. I think I am going to be OK.

New Dog!

Mom left earlt this morning and she came home with another dog! She's a Pug. She sure looks funny. She's nice. I didn't tell her she is ,,,,,, chubby but she sure is. Too many trips to the feed bowl. Her name is Gigi and Mom says she won't be here long. She is going to Pug rescue in Texas. Mom says we are helping her change her life. That's a good thing.

Tuesday 5/22/12 Diary Pick!!!!

Holly Puppy Power! I am a diary pick today. I am so excited. UPS! Mom says no getting excited. Hummmm

I am still coughing but I have Rx meds. Mom said I have to stay still as I can. The doctor said the wormies are going into my blood stream as they die and they pass through my lungs. If I move around too much it can make me have a blood clot and it could kill me. :( Mom and Dad won't let me do any fun stuff but I understand why.

I'm a bad girl.

I love to be outside. I like the sun, wind and just the sky looking down on me. I could stay inside in the air conditioned house but I don't want to. Mom and Dad got upset with me today because I didn't want to be inside. They said I have to stay cool because I am in heart worm treatment. They made me stay in a kennel. I want to be over treatment so I can be outside. Mom said it was almost 90 dgrees today so it is too hot for me. Geeeee she sure is strict on me.
