Arrival Story:
Brody was a stray in Barrie, Ontario. When his chip was ready, his owners were notified, but they never came to get him. He was adopted out to an inexperienced dog-owning family for 2 months where his Peke stubborness got him in trouble and he snapped at a friend. The Barrie SPCA called me to ask if we would take him into rescue. With the help of a rescue group in Oakville, Ontario, he was shuttled down to the Canada-US border on New Year's Eve where we picked him up as a "foster". We knew the next day he was a sweetheart and that we were keeping him.
