My new name is Mia

I can get out.

I am being kept in a wire kennel in the livingroom. I get to see everything and dad takes me out to walk and potty pretty often. Mom let me out but I don't like one of her dogs so she said I have to stay in the kennel. He's a 5LB Poodle and something about him makes me want to have him as a snack. She said he was here first and she loves him so I can't have him. Oh well.

I won't be here much longer. Just the rest of this week and then I go to TX and start the process to become adopted. I'm ready. First I gotta have surgery on my mouth to remove a small growth. Then comes the other stuff. :)

I'm OK.

My time is coming so the new mom said I have to stay in the big kennel. That's not so bad. They take me walking. I get good food and I have toys and blankets but I can't be out in the house. Oh Well.

Today a nice man came to the doggie jail and took me out. This house is a long way from where I was. I am not sure what is happening to me but the people are nice and I have food and water and a soft bed in a big kennel. I am just going to settle down.
