Arrival Story:
I rescued him from someone who was going to euthanize him in a few days. Brutus is a VERY sweet dog...LOVES to cuddle...give kisses and loves other dogs. HE IS NOT good with kids under 6! This is the reason for her wanting to euthanize him. Hes excellent with older children. Hes about 6lbs. He has a limp currently due to whats called a Luxating Patella. Doesnt hurt him or slow him down any lol. He bounces all over and plays. He just walks a little goofy. He is 100% housebroken. Hes never had an accident since ive gotten him in my care. $100 adoption fee to ensure a good home. I am located in Elgin Oklahoma. He cannot be shipped. You can call/text 580-483-2714 anytime. Adoption fee's go towards helping other rescue dogs and saving dogs from kill situations.

HE WILL dart out the door if not careful and hes kinda hard to catch. PLEASE have a fenced yard for him.

So a few days ago I came to live at a home with a nice Basenji and a big huge dog named Casey. My foster mom saved me from being something called euthanized. Apparently that means I was going to be killed. I couldn't help that I bit that small person...he was in my space and not leaving me alone. I felt scared so I bit. Maybe I shouldn't have. This nice lady saved me and Im living comfortably here till someone wants to make me a permanent member of their family. I really love other dogs and older kids and all people. I hope someone adopts me soon!
