Arrival Story:
My assistant found him wandering around in the downtown area - without collar, tags and obviously starving to death. He brought Otto into the office and fell madly in love! He came home with us the next day.
Bio:
Otto has the worst allergies of any dog I've ever seen - he's allergic to all food grains, all growing plants and has severe allergies to grass, ceders, dust, dust mites and a long list of other. Otto's life is largely dictated by maintaining his allergies in a way that he doesn't chew all his fur off
