Arrival Story:
We were in the market for a dog but hadn't found the one at any pound or shelter. One day while online, we were just randomly searching and saw his picture online. We knew he was the one for us. We hadn't even had breakfast around 11am when we went to get him. He was the sweetest most laid back puppy. After filling out a thousand forms, driving 35 miles home, picking up the other dog to test them together, 35 miles back to the shelter to do the test, he was finally ours. It was 8pm when we finally ate something! We forgot about the leash, the collar, the food, the bed etc....We just wanted him. We got him all hooked up with food and toys etc...after about 30 potty accidents, diarrhea day from hell and a few chewed up furniture legs later here we are.

Bio:
He was supposedly transferred from a shelter in LA with his sister. He is 4 months, almost five on April 1. He is incredibly smart. The shelter said boxer/lab mix but after looking at pictures and reading descriptions of black mouth curs he fits the breed. I taught him "sit, stay, come, heal, down, out, and bang your dead all in 10 minutes- what lab can do that?! He is also extremelely friendly with all people ans dogs, although a little shy at first. He hardly ever barks or growls. He makes more of a talking noise as if he's trying to say something. And he is a major puller on the leash. He definitely hates the gentle leader...working on that. He loves to climb, sort of likes the water.
