My new life and family

i LOVE to swim

I have been here with my new mom for about a month, maybe a little more now. In this time, there has been some torrential rains and have played in the rain run off water in my back yard at times. SO mom decided to take me with her to a place with lots of water where people fish and picnic and i LOVE TO SWIM!!! So mom went to Petsmart to find me a life jacket and ran into a lady from church who told us that she had one to give us. How cool is that? So if the new one fits, i can start going swimming with mom all during the summer months. I am sooooo excited about this.

New life with my human mommy and all my brothers and sisters

Hi all. My name is Sir Eli Dasher.
I come to my new home from a shelter in Tennessee.
Mom thought i was a cute boy and thought she would help me out of a miserable life. At first i didn't think i would like the cats but have since changed my mind. They do seem kind of nice to play with but i am learning to be gentle with the one that i can interact with.
I have 6 other dogs to play with. One of my sisters, Lucy who has an account here loves to play rough but sometimes i have to set her back a little. She plays too rough sometimes.
When i my mom is outside working and not in the fence i am in, i get upset and bark and whine at her.
Mom says she will soon have a horse and that i am going to get to go with her horse back riding if i learn how to properly follow her.
Updates on that asap.
