A woman on Facebook said she had to rehome her because her landlord said she would be too big. A few days later, she posted a picture of her new dog...one even bigger than Luna! Since then, from Luna's actions, we strongly believe that because of her high energy, and the laziness of the owner, she was abused for going potty in the house. Within a week, she was 100% housebroken for us. It just took attention and time! Rather than take her out when she would go inside, they would lock her in a crate. Here she only sleeps in her kennel, or goes in if we have to be gone. She will still potty on the floor if she isn't taken out often, but she lets you know! And she occasionally chews things she shouldn't. Once we trust her more on those fronts, we'll do away with the kennel! She's very hyper, but very sweet!
