My new life begins...

Life is good!

Life is VERY good!

I love my new home. And to think I didn't want to leave my foster home. HaHa This is the life. I am the only dog. I get ALL the attention. They love me. I SLEEP IN THE PEOPLE BED WITH MY PARENTS! What more could you ask for?

Dad and I have coffee, ugh! I have a milk bone, and we go out and check the garden and I potty. I don't know why he checks it every morning. Maybe they have garden burglers around here. Who knows? So far it looks safe. We walk around the property....It's a lot of land. We check the pond. We check the ducks, turtles and fish. So far they are safe. Now the ducks and I are not exactly friends but we don't bother each other. I bark at them and say Hi and they quack back at me a little Hello. Not a warm and fuzzy hello but that's OK. I think they just need to get to know me. The turtles sun themselves and the fish jump up and catch bugs on the water. Dad and I just sit out there and watch. I love it. Mom goes to work but she is not gone a real long time and she always hugs me and plays with me as soon as she comes home. I love my home.

I know my foster family is OK so I don't worry about them. I kind of wish my friends could see my beautiful home and my perfect life. I hope they will all get a home just like mine.

I'm at the Rainbow Bridge?

This must be the Rainbow Bridge I heard about. It has to be. Wow my foster parents found me a perfect home. My house is beautiful and huge. The yard is almost as far as I can see. It looks like a dream. The lawn is soft and cut like a gold course. The pond is huge and Guess What? I have ducks! Ducks, ducks of all sizes. Big Mommy and Daddy ducks and baby ducks too. Ducks are strange. Nice but strange. Their coats are pretty but their hair looks funny. They make funny sounds too. Oh and the turtles are so funny. I have a sweet little 2 yr old girl that came to play. She is my parents grandchild. They have 3 other kids but I didn't meet them yet. Oh my what a life I have. My mom and dad let me sleep in their bed with them last night!!! I loved it. My Dad is just crazy for me and my Mommy loves me so much she can't touch me enough. They have the same food I liked at my foster home. I just don't believe how awesome my new home is. Thanks to my foster parents and my rescue. I am sooooo happy. Adopted is GOOD.

Tomorrow I go...

Tomorrow I go to the groomer. RRrrrrr I don't like that. I didn't get asked so I just have to go.

Mom is doing email with my new mom and she is excited. She says my people are awesome and I should be a good boy. I'll try. It's hard for me to be what people think is good. I will try.

If I'm not good I guess they will return me. I guess they will get another dog if I am bad. I really will try hard. I do like it here. My Mom & Dad are real good to me. I love to cuddle with Mom and I am just crazy about my friends here. I will miss them very much. I just hope that all of them get good homes and are very happy forever.

Being given away by your people hurts your heart. It makes you feel like you are not good. I don't ever want to feel like that again.
