Mia is a rescue.. We found Mia sitting on the sidewalk of my son's friends home porch step.. She had rope burns around her chest where someone had tired her up... We posted several found posters but no one ever responded.. Which was a good thing, because they could have gotten a piece of our mind because of the condition she was in when we found her!
