Arrival Story:
The people that had me first just sat me off beside a busy road!! Thankfully, some nice guy saw the whole thing and saved me. He knew of a group called Raleigh County Animal Rescue that wouldn't let me be "put to sleep". I thought that a nap sounded good after being so scared but he sad it was a bad thing, so I didn't take a nap right at that time. Those nice people at the rescue to me to a doctor that stuck me with these sharp things and cut on me, you know, down there. They said that I was newtered and was on a vacation or somthing like that. Anyway, these rescue people said that I needed a foster home until I found my furever home. I went to this place that had all these other dogs and 2 humans. They told me that they were the Fosters. I had somebody to come to see how pretty I was, but I didn't care for her too much. She said she was going to leave me outside!!! Can you imagine? I only weighed about 12 pounds then and I got cold easy. Anyway, Mrs. Foster talked to Mr. Foster and they decided I was too sweet to go anywhere. So I call them Mom & Dad now.
