Arrival Story:
I rescued Roscoe from the local animal shelter when he was around 3-4 months old, his owner had surrendered him the day before. Couldnt turn down his beautiful face and fun personality :) he was very skinny and was covered in fleas! yuck! ofcourse i fixed him all up and he is one happy pup now!
