Arrival Story:
I looked high and low, called shelters and rescues, and just could not find a Pomeranian within a hundred miles that wasn't a $1200 registered, show-quality, blah blah blah... all I wanted was a pooch to keep me company while I labor over my textbooks. Then one day I checked one of the same websites I had been searching on for weeks and found Dylan. He was the right breed, the right age (already crate trained and housebroken but not too old), small but not the runt, AND he was all black, my favorite! I drove an hour and a half to meet him and he immediately climbed up in my lap and stayed there the whole hour and a half I talked to the family who bred him. He and I have big plans for obedience classes and, hopefully, becoming a therapy dog team!
