Arrival Story: My brother had been wanting a dalmation since he was little and we finally found a lady who was selling them for pretty cheap - we went and looked at them and came home with Patch.

Bio: Patch was once a very calm dalmation until one day a stray wondered up in our yard. Of course, I couldn't turn the dog away, so I let him stay. Little did I know that this stray would teach Patch every bad trick in the book. She taught him to climb fences, dig under fences, and how to open the latch on the fence. Since then, we have been unable to keep Patch in the fence. He always comes back, but while he's gone, it drives us crazy. Patch is a pretty good sized dog, about 70 pounds, but can fit in the tiniest hole you will ever see. It doesn't matter if we built a 12 foot fence, he would still find somewhere to dig out and go under. We've finally accepted the fact that he's always going to do it, so we try not to worry as much.
