I LOVE LAKES!!!July 8th 2012 2:21 pm[ Leave A Comment | 7 people already have ] like i said i looove lakes!! and i should because i live in the land of 10,000 lakes, minnesota! my mom and her brother and dad took me to perlican lake today. i was in the backseat with the window opening and having a blast :d we got there and i jumped right in! ha although i had a lil trouble on the dock cause i kept trying to keep my feet on the dock while the rest of my body was going in...it ws pretty funny!! and i tried to keep my feet at the bottom of the lake while my front legs where up in the air swimming towards my ball :D mom said i looked ridiclous :d haha i drove them all crazy thyough cause i kept getting them wet ha! ha!
Leave A Comment | 7 people already have Yippee for you Riley! I love the water! Well, Riley.......you are braver than I am when it comes to water! I believe that water is good for drinking and for wading in, as long as it isn't any deeper than my ankles. One time when we were on a camping trip, Dad and I went on a walk along the creek. Dad wanted to cross to the other side....there was a nice log across the creek, so he talked me into walking the log with him. (It was against my better judgement) We got right in the middle and, guess what???? I FELL OFF the log! The water was over my head! Dad pulled me ashore by my leash. That was as much fun as I could stand for that day! (the incredible) Hulk hahaha i hope you didnt get hurt!! i no of a doggy friend that loved water. she was jumping out of a boat and landed on a log!! sadly she passed away from her injuries :( No, I wasn't hurt........just a little embarrassed! I DID walk another log a few years later on another camping trip, and I didn't fall off that time. I was much more careful. This log was jutting out into a lake. Dad walked out on it first to take some pictures, and since I wanted to help him, I followed. But then when Dad was ready to go back ashore, I wouldn't move....Dad had to step over me and he almost fell in! That would have been funny! hahaha yah that would have been funny lol :DD Riley, you this looks so very fun. Maybe, when I grow up I can swim in lakes like you. im sure when you get big and strong saint michael you can! :DD |
