Arrival Story:
Jake was about 7 weeks old when he was taken from a bad living situation and placed in my care, he is still a puppy about four months of age. I was told he is boxer and labrador but he could be boxer and doberman pincher but he seems small for either of the mixed mentioned all I know for sure is he definitely has boxer in him. I would love to keep this beautiful boy but I have 3 dogs already.

Bio:
Jake is very sweet, He loves everyone strangers... other animals just everyone. He will not be much of a guard dog but he will fit in best in a household that has another doggy he can play with because this guy loves loves loves to play. Beware the trash though, you must keep it in a place he cannot get into because he loves to get into trash cans. He is very much a cuddler so be prepared if you adopt him he will need a lot of hands on attention, he loves walks and doesn't skip a heartbeat to run past you to take himself on one. He knows how to sit, he knows how to lay down, and he has done roll over but he doesn't enjoy that trick much. He is a jumper and though he doesn't put his weight on you he will paw at you. He does well with outdoors and indoors but he has been allowed on the furniture so if that's not allowed in your home you will have to work with him patiently with that. Over all for a puppy he is such a good dog, he is very sensitive so he needs someone gentle yet firm to keep him obediant.

Walks are fun.

Mom alternates walking all of us dogs since there are four of us and we are all still puppies, so it makes it kind of difficult to walk us all at the same time. I go crazy when there are other dogs around so mommy walks me a different way than my brother and sisters, but on the way back I did something mom and dad thought was pretty funny, I know I've seen bags before but I didn't like the way this bag was facing my humans and I so when we got closer I barked so good the poor bag was so scared it didn't move! I know I'm awesome aren't I, I only wonder why mom and dad thought me protecting them was so funny? Guess I will never understand humans completely.
