Arrival Story:
In January 2005, I started dating this great guy. He was 6'3" tall, shaved head, hoop earrings, and just looked the part of "bad boy". That persona was left in the dust when he introduced me to his boys - Tobie and Bailey. This "bad boy" melted when 2 little chihuahuas came tearing to the front door to greet me for the first time. Tobie was a senior gentleman already and regarded me with caution. Bailey, on the other hand, demanded my attention and allowed me to pick him up and say hello. He covered me with kisses and stole my heart. I remember a few months into my relationship, I told my boyfriend, if you and I don't work out, we need to discuss shared custody of Bailey. LOL! Luckily it all worked out and that "bad boy" became my husband. I officially became Tobie and Bailey's mom and never looked back.
