Arrival Story:
My daughter & I were walking around the lake admiring all the dogs. A woman was walking her cocker & its puppy on a double leash. She stopped & my daughter & I petted the dogs. The owner mentioned that the puppy was the last of the litter & she would like me to have the puppy, if I wanted him. I took her number & upon lots of
persuation from my daughter and contemplation, I went to the womans house & took the puppy home. I named him "Buddy", as he was a real pal, alway by my side. A few days later I was outside with Buddy & my neighbor asked where I had gotten him. I told my neighbor & he knew the woman(they go to the same church) and his son witnessed Buddy's birth! I am so grateful I have been blessed with the gift of Buddy. He is the most loving dog, a real Buddy!
Bio:
We also have a rottwieler named Kodie. Buddy & Kodie are pals. When we got Kodie he could stand under Buddy. Now Buddy can stand under Kodie. Buddy is the "Alpha" dog...it's quite funny how he keeps Kodie in line. Buddy recently lost his lifetime friend, "Skunky". Skunky was our cat of 15 years & they were pals and Buddy misses him.
