Arrival Story:
About 3 years ago my husband, Eddie, asked me if I wanted to go see the rescued greyhounds from the track. I was so excited he wanted to adopt a rescued greyhound. Since we already had a male Sphynx cat (for about 5 years) we wanted to find a female dog, who was cat tolerant. We found Janie's information, printed it out, and headed down to Hialeah (where Friends Of Greyhound's Kennel is). We met Janie, fell in love, completed the adoption application, paid the fee, and waited for the home study to be complete. They brought Janie to our home for us. Her racing name is JA's Loafer.

Bio:
Jane is the "sister" of Gary. Biologically, she is also the cousin of Gary. They have the same Grandfather. Janie's great granddog, Dutch Bahama, is Gary's great great granddog.
