Arrival Story:
I was adopted from the Friends of Penny MinPin Rescue--they saved me from a shelter and took good care of me and posted my picture on their website. My mama was looking for a dog to fit into the family. I am blind in one eye, always have been, it's a bit shrunken and half closed--mama thought that since she knows how to take care of Bobby, who has one eye, she could take good care of me, too!
Bio:
I'm not sure how old I am! My vet records say I am one, and the rescue group said I am eight. Mama thinks I am somewhere in between. I've moved around a lot, been in a lot of homes with a LOT of dogs all bigger than me.

I got under the fence on Sunday afternoon, chasing a rabbit. Zipped right under, no one even noticed at first. I was running and barking and then realized that I was not in my own yard, not in any familiar place. There was a nice lady on her porch so I went up to her, she was talking to me. Then I looked back and there was my daddy, leaping over the fence, calling me! He ran up and grabbed me and took me home. Now I can't go out in the yard off leash until they fix all the gaps under the fence. Phooey.

There's a rabbit in my backyard! For those of you who are city dogs and don't know, a rabbit is a BIG furry creature with huge ears (bigger than mine, although mama calls me Bunny Boy sometimes). Rabbits RUN really fast when I chase them, and they smell great, and they will go around and around and around the shed. They are fast. This is the most fun yet, chasing the rabbit!

Truly the cat has started sleeping and hanging out in my bed. The one with all my toys in it! I keep hoping that she will play with me, but she doesn't want to play, she just wants my bed! Maybe I should go get in HER bed and see how she likes that!
