I am losing more weight every day! I went on a few hikes this weekend and switched to a higher-quality food, Premium Edge Healthy Weight. I love my new food, and lost another couple of pounds! Also my blood work came back from the vet, and all looks good!

A little history... a year and a half ago, a family adopted me from the SPCA. I weighed 29 lbs and was fit as a fido. A few weeks ago, they returned me to the SPCA weighing almost 54 pounds!!!! They said I didn't get along with their other dogs, but I LOVE all my dog friends!
When I came home to my new super people, I decided to get fit. I'm on a new low-calorie diet and I work out every day. You know... walks, hikes, fetch, that sort of thing.
I am now down to 49 pounds after just about 3 weeks of dieting! Woot! This is going to be the best winter of my life. By the spring, I want to be running 5ks with my girl and moutain biking with my man. Just you wait!
