Arrival Story:
We bought Callie as a puppy from a wonderful breeder in Indiana. When she first came home she looked like a stuffed animal - so precious! (Check out her baby pictures!) We had researched dogs for a while to make sure we were getting a dog with a temperment that matched our family and we hit the nail on the head with Callie. She is so sweet and wonderful with our family. She always wants to be near you, on you, with you. She's 85# and wants to sit in your lap! I would recommend this breed to anyone who wants a low-key, silly kind of dog who is even tempered and gentle. We love her to pieces. She is truly the best dog in the world. What a love bug.

Bio:
Sadly, Callie crossed over on October 8, 2011 at 1:45 p.m. She battled an autoimmune disease the last month of her life that destroyed her red blood cells. Although we did everything we could, her body could not take it anymore. She was truly the best, sweetest dog ever on this earth and will be missed forever. We love you Callie. Rest now, Sweetie.
