 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: December 25th 2003
Arrival Story: Max was adopted from Rogers' Rescues in 2003 and was a beloved family dog for 8 years. Unfortunately, one of the children in the family developed severe asthma and having Max in the house was making matters worse. It was a devastating decision for the family, but Max was returned to Rogers' to help the child live more comfortably.

Bio: It didn't take long for Max to win the hearts of his foster parents. He is gentle, sweet and loving. He is independent and will spend hours enjoying the outside if allowed, so a fenced yard would be a big plus. Max was initially confused by the change in homes but he has adjusted well to all the newness. He is living with 5 other dogs without an issue. He's not a big player but he likes to watch as the other dogs fetch and catch Frisbee. He lived with cats early in his life with his adoptive family, so cats are probably ok with Max. And, of course, kids are just fine. He loved them and they loved him. At 55 lbs, Max is medium sized and the perfect family dog.
