He was purchased from a breeder when he was too small to bring home.
Bio:
At about age 7 he developed a non-malignant tumor in one of his front legs, which required amputation. As the Dr. said, "Dogs are three legged animals with a spare." This has been true. He is just the same in both personality and activity as he was before surgery. He has appeared in a couple of episodes of the PBS series, "Cruising America's Waterways." He loves all people and dogs, and he has never tried to bite, always wants to kiss. The last photo shows tripod-dog... as happy as ever.
